Meet The Team

Greg Zimmerle

Greg Zimmerle

President/CEO

I originally founded myIT.com in 1997 because I recognized there was opportunity to help small and medium businesses succeed with their technology needs. In my spare time, I spend as much time with my wife Brenda, my son Thomas, my daughter Sarah, and my two dogs, Nicki and Charlie. I enjoy working out and doing anything outdoors.

Greg Bird

Greg Bird

Service Manager

I took an interest in IT starting in 1997, when I got my first job working in an off-site backup storage facility. I have since worked on various IT Helpdesks. I have also managed IT Departments for school districts. I now enjoy working at myIT.com starting in 2016. In my spare time, I treasure time spent with my wife and kids and I love to fish, camp, and take road trips.

Karla Goss

Karla Goss

General Manager/Account Manager

I began working at myIT.com part-time as an Administrative Assistant in 2005. I find the technology field is ever-changing and challenging. I learn something new almost every day, which I enjoy. In my spare time I do volunteer work at the Humane Society and I enjoy working in my yard.

Amy James

Amy James

Marketing Manager

I have worked for myIT.com for three and a half years, and have nine years of prior experience as a Marketing Manager and Office Manager in the IT Services Industry. In my spare time, I enjoy traveling with my husband and spending time with my children and grandchildren. I enjoy watching Alabama football, reading, arts and crafts, and I love cooking and entertaining.

Cheryl Kaso

Cheryl Kaso

Account Manager

I have worked for myIT.com for two years now; prior to that I worked with RadioShack Corporation for twenty plus years in business management and product development. I left RadioShack to become a stay-at-home mom and decided to get back in the working world when my 2nd child entered college. I am a mom of three, two of which are in college now. I enjoy spending time with family, reading, and sewing.

Bryan Booher

Bryan Booher

Service Desk Manager

I have a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Texas of Arlington and, for several years, worked as an historian and writer specializing in historical manuscripts for a national auction house. Having a love for technology, I made a complete career change in early 2016. I was fortunate enough to join myIT.com in April of that year and I could not be happier! When my nose is not buried in a book (either something non-fiction or sci-fi), my “free time” is devoted to my wife and two beautiful children.

Andrew Christian

Andrew Christian

Field Technician – Level 2

I joined myIT.com in 2013 as a member of our service department. I greatly enjoy working with new technology and implementing this in our clients’ businesses and helping improve upon their business production. I graduated from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor in 2012 with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. In my spare time I love to listen to a wide variety of music, play as much golf as possible, and act in local community theatre.

Kevin Headrick

Kevin Headrick

IT Consultant

I have over fifteen years of IT industry experience. I studied music in college, but really felt the calling to pursue IT. I started at myIT.com four years ago and I have grown to be an energetic and exuberant leader with a passion for the latest cutting edge technologies. In my free time, I volunteer at Gateway Church Frisco, have a devotion to gourmet coffee (here's looking at you, Stumptown), and love spending time with my amazing wife, Alex.

Keith Sherar

Keith Sherar

Field Technician - Level 2

I have been in the IT industry for the last five years. Before moving into the IT field, I worked in the aircraft manufacturing industry and had the privilege of being involved in the B-52 Bomber Restoration Program for our military. When I am not working on a computer I can be found spending time with my wife and our two English Bull Terriers.

Anthony Acebedo

Anthony Acebedo

Service Desk Technician – Level 1

I am fairly new to the IT world. I was a truck driver and welder, working out of state and with my previous jobs I worked in or visited twenty-seven states in all. Due to some family changes (my fiancé and I had quadruplets), I no longer wanted to be away from home. My babies are only two-months-old and are beautiful and getting big. I don’t have a lot of free time, as one could imagine, but when I do get a chance I like to go for a ride on my Harley.
